Ritesh has over 19 Years of Experience in the International Oil & Gas Business with the last 12 Years being in Management Level of EPC Companies in Kazakhstan. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI, USA and a certified Contracts Management Practioner (CCMP) by IACCM, USA. He is also a Chartered Engineer (CE) by IEI (Institution of Engineers). He has gained downstream construction and Project Management Experience over the years while working for companies like HCC, Punjlloyd, Dodsal PTE Ltd, KazStroyService , KazMunaiServices & RMS ( ISKER Group).<\/span>

He currently holds the position of Managing Director in RMS – ISKER Group and is responsible and completely accountable for the Operations and Financial performance of the Company which employs more than 2500 people on direct rolls. He has contributed in a major way in bagging large orders in the Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, UAE and India. Prior to this he has occupied senior Management roles (Director) in Proposals, Business Development and Project Management in EPC Company KazStroyService , KazMunaiService.

He has also been responsible for building up the Company by strategic diversifications in India, Mozambique, Middle East and by forming mergers\/ acquisitions, forming JVs\/Consortiums, Prequalification, Estimations, Risk Analysis, and Bidding, Negotiations, Contract Signing and further executing it through a team of project professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ritesh has undertaken struggling Projects midway and has been able to successfully deliver it to the expectations of the stakeholders. Project Management, Planning, Project Controls, and Cost Controls using EVM Techniques has been areas of his interest. Besides these Proposals, Estimation, Contracts \/ Subcontracts Management and Administration are his passion and areas of interest. As a continuous learner and to enhance the knowledge in this domain, Ritesh has obtained the PMP and CCMP professional certifications.

Ritesh has also broadened his experience to include a range of Mergers, Acquisitions & Strategic Investments in companies like PSN KazStroy, Punjlloyd KSS JV, Isker KazStroyService JV, Bechtel Enka KSS JV , Petrofac ISKER LLP , ISKER Gamma Tekfen JV for Projects in Kazakhstan.

Ritesh has worked in India, Qatar & CIS countries like Kazakhstan and has extensively traveled to countries like Russia, UK, USA, Europe, Mozambique, Korea, Kuwait, UAE, China, Malaysia, Singapore, Turkey and Ghana to secure projects. He has been felicitated as Leader of the Year by National Business Rating, Kazakhstan and accomplishment awards by KazService. He has also featured in several Oil & Gas Business magazines and publications.
